If your a veteran, or government employee...I Strongly suggest you never stay here! I booked this visit online but the reservation was all messed up, dates and rate...I had called and the front desk got everything right for next week. Upon arrival I could never catch the manager to discuss with her in person,..the last time I went to the desk to see if she was still here, the front desk said " Reading the notes here..it says the manager discussed this with you." I NEVER EVEN MET THE MANAGER...Since she didn't want to speak to me...and LIED about it...I cancelled my week long reservation for next week and will NEVER stay here again.....Way to screw over a Disabled Vet just before Veterans Day.
Nice rooms, good location.
Manager can't seem to make actual time to talk to customers with a problem, but has no problem lying in her notes about talking to you....took my business elsewhere.
